1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders received after 12:00 (noon) CET may be processed on the next business day.
During promotional periods or product launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Shipping Regions & Rates
We are pleased to deliver throughout Italy and the European Union. Shipping fees apply as follows:

3. Express Delivery Option
An express courier service is available for faster delivery (estimated 1-2 business days in Italy). Additional cost: € 19.90. This option can be selected at checkout if available for your region.
4. Tracking & Signature
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. A signature upon delivery may be required by the courier.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. L’UNE Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Import Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees. L’UNE Cosmetics is not liable for these fees.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to deliver as described, shipping times are estimates and may be influenced by courier delays, strikes, extreme weather or other factors beyond our control.
In rare cases where tracking shows no update for > 30 days, please contact our Customer Care and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or if it arrives damaged:
Please contact us at support@lunecosmetics.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number, tracking number and photo evidence if damage is visible.
We will coordinate with the courier and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
8. Order Modifications / Cancellations
You may request a change to shipping address or cancel an order before the order has been processed (within the first 12 hours). Once your order has entered the processing/packaging stage, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
