1. Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products can be returned only if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (including seals, accessories, and any complimentary items).

Returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.

Products that cannot be returned include:

  • Used, opened, or tested products

  • Items purchased during flash sales or marked as “final sale”

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Products received more than 14 days ago

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please refer to section 5.

 

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care team at:

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Product(s) to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

After receiving your request, our team will provide the return authorization and instructions.

Unauthorized returns (sent without prior approval) will not be accepted.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery

  • L’UNE Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels

For defective or incorrect items, return shipping is covered by us.

 

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable

If the product shows signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused during delivery, the refund may be partially reduced or declined.

 

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

     

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

To switch an item, please request a return and place a new order.

 

7. Non-Arrival of Shipments

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Contact Customer Care within 24 hours

  • We will open an investigation with the courier

  • Replacement or refund will be evaluated based on the courier’s findings
